The Chronic Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF) recognizes the important role of the GI fellow in the current and future management of patients with chronic liver disorders. As most of their training is focused on gastroenterology, the CLDF hosted the second annual Liver Summit for GI Fellows in Chicago on August 9th and 10th, 2019. The meeting was designed for third-year GI Fellows nominated by the CLDF Centers of Educational Expertise and fellowship directors.

The Summit brought together approximately sixty third-year fellows who were interested in hepatology. In addition to state-of-the-art disease and management lectures, the program delivered important clinical practice management lectures that provided the fellows with insight into community and academic practices today and when they leave their fellowship.

The following webinars were presented by CLDF faculty to reinforce key learnings from the conference & have been recorded for additional viewers to receive CME credits.
